Please Note for Meadows: Read Architectural Guidelines first. There is no Section Two for Meadows.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - NEW COVENANT & RESTRICTION LANGUAGE
The restriction document below, titled Nobles Pond March 2023 Restrictions, applies universally to all neighborhoods within the Nobles Pond Farms, Meadows and Woods. This document is an updated version of the Prohibited Activities for all of The Villages at Nobles Pond and replaces the "Prohibited Activities" outlined in all other versions of the Covenants and Restrictions.
